Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Yubild (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Yubild.

Description of Service

Yubild is a platform for creating, managing, and deploying design systems and design tokens. The Service provides tools for building consistent design languages, syncing tokens across design and development workflows, and exporting production-ready code for your projects.

User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Use only one account per person. Sharing accounts or creating multiple accounts for the same individual is not permitted.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code through the Service.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all design tokens, themes, configurations, and project data you create using the Service. Yubild does not claim any rights over your content. However, Yubild owns all rights, title, and interest in the platform itself, including its features, functionality, user interface, branding, and underlying technology. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

Payment & Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period.
• Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Yubild and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Prices for paid plans may change from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to paid features.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Yubild does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yubild shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account through your account settings or by contacting support. Yubild may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your data will remain available for export for 30 days. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, features, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after the updated terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue use of the Service.
